The owner was very nice and the flat (Opletalova street) was really nice and situated two minutes from Venceslas square. Our stay was pleasant overall.
The flat was clean but it could have been better. It was great anyway.

We stayed at the Krizovnicka str., 6. The apartments were great for our purpose. We came there only to sleep and have a small breakfast. It's the silence that give us most wonder - the window is looking in the yard and there are not so many neighbors to disturb you even on workdays. The washing machine works great, the microwave, too, does its best. It was very helpful in the morning. Hot water is always there, if you just wait for a few moments. The bed is comfortable and though the place is not very large, there's a lot of free space in it and if you want you can invite one guest for a night - there's a folding chair bed for that. And its placement is extremely comfortable whether you are going on foot or by metro or tram, to the Old Town or to the Prague Castle - everything is near. So, if you're travelling just by yourself, or if there are two of you with no expectation of luxury or great comfort of a five-star hotel - that place will suit you in every way.
There' s no heater in the bathroom at all and if the weather outside is cold there's almost a "north pole", if you can say so. That's just one minus of the place, that I can think of.

I have stayed at Klimentska apartment - the apartment was fabulous, newly refurbished and with fully furnished kitchen (dishwasher, microwave), with a great TV and speedy WiFi Internet connection. Jan has been a great host - he has been friendly and had taken us from Sportsbar Pharao to the apartment. Overall, the stay has been the very best I have experienced and a great value for money.

The location is really close to the National Museum, so the building around are also amazing. You have your own appartment in the heart of Prague - great value for money!
You can only find stuff if you call their handy, so write it down

The location: right in front of the Four Seasons hotel. All the sightseeing and the shopping district are right there
The way the apartment is furbished is not very convenient: for E.G., there are 2 mirrors in the hall, but no hanger for the coats...

Well situated in Nove Mesto adjacent to a Metro station (Narodni Trida). Reasonable value for the price.
This is budget accommodation and is reflected in the price I paid Eur 28 / night. The quality and operation of some of the fixtures and fittings left a lot to be desired though. The bed was a bit hard, and the duvets rather flimsy. Pillows were two cushions inside a pillowcase. The microwave worked by pulling an extension lead across the floor since there was no power socket adjacent to it. No spoons either! A couple of lamps did not work. The building itself seems rather run-down at least from the outside, seems to be a kind of soviet era complex.
